For All Users
Honesty and Integrity
- Provide accurate information in your profile and listings
- Communicate honestly about item conditions, locations, and timelines
- Report issues promptly and transparently
- Never misrepresent items or services
Respect and Professionalism
- Treat all users with courtesy and respect
- Communicate professionally and respond in a timely manner
- Respect privacy and personal boundaries
- Be understanding of cultural differences in our global community
Safety and Compliance
- Only transport legal items that comply with airline and customs regulations
- Never carry prohibited or dangerous goods
- Follow all local laws and regulations
- Report suspicious activity to our support team
For Senders
- Provide complete and accurate item descriptions
- Include all necessary funds for purchase and delivery fees
- Be available for coordination and pickup at agreed times
- Confirm deliveries promptly to release Carrier payments
- Leave fair and honest reviews based on actual experience
For Carriers
- Complete identity verification honestly
- Only accept deliveries you can reliably fulfill
- Purchase items exactly as specified by Senders
- Keep items safe during transport
- Meet Senders at agreed locations and times
- Provide receipts and documentation as requested
Prohibited Behavior
The following actions will result in account suspension or termination:
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language
- Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or nationality
- Transporting illegal or prohibited items
- Sharing account credentials or creating fake accounts
- Manipulating reviews or ratings
- Circumventing Platform payments or fees
- Any illegal activity
Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness Code of Conduct violations:
- Report immediately through the Platform's reporting feature
- Provide detailed information and any evidence
- Do not engage in retaliatory behavior
All reports are investigated confidentially. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action.
Consequences
Violations may result in:
- Warnings and education
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
